1. Introduction

Welcome to The Composite Man (“we,” “us,” “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website (compositeman.io), products, and services, including the Market Mechanics Indicator Suite for TradingView and Flow Dynamics Indicator Suite for ATAS (collectively, “Products”). By accessing our site, starting a free trial, subscribing, or purchasing, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, do not use our services.

 

2. Products and Free Trial

  • Products are digital indicators for personal, non-commercial trading use only.

  • We offer a 7-day free trial for full evaluation—no credit card required. Trial access ends automatically.

  • No guarantees of trading profits, performance, or compatibility with future platform updates (TradingView/ATAS).

3. Subscriptions and Payments

  • Monthly/Yearly: Auto-renew at current rates unless cancelled. See our Returns and Refunds Policy for cancellation details.

  • Lifetime: One-time fee for permanent access.

  • Payments via PayPal, Stripe (cards/Google/Apple Pay), or crypto. All sales final per our Returns and Refunds Policy.

  • Prices may change; existing subscribers locked in until renewal.

4. User License and Restrictions

  • You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Products on your personal accounts.

  • Prohibited: Sharing, reselling, reverse-engineering, modifying code, or public distribution. Violation = immediate termination + legal action.

  • Accounts are non-transferable; one user per purchase.

5. Intellectual Property

All Products, code, designs, and content are owned by The Composite Man. You gain no ownership rights.

 

6. User Responsibilities

  • You handle your payment info securely.

  • Comply with TradingView/ATAS terms.

  • No spam, abuse, or unauthorized use.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Products provided “as is.” No warranties—trading involves risk; we aren’t liable for losses.

  • Max liability = purchase price. No consequential damages.

8. Termination

We can suspend/terminate access anytime for violations, no refund.

 

9. Changes to Terms

We may update Terms with 7 days’ notice via email/site. Continued use = acceptance.

 

10. Governing Law

Governed by U.S. law. Disputes in New Jersey courts.
